| The bus from Dien Bien Phu (Vietnam) to Muang Khua (Laos). By the way, very easy border crossing and it definitely exists. I really love how easy it is to get around SE Asia. |

| I sat at this cafe reading for hours (after 2 days of bus, bus, bus rides) and one of the bits of entertainment was this big car brigade which we all watched cross the Nam Ou river. |

| On the other side the same few Thai songs were on repeat very loud and it made me so, so happy! The kids swimming in the river would occassionally sing along, too. Good times. |
