Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, in photos II

Peace from a foxhole Viet Cong style at the Cu Chi Tunnels.
In the words of Eminem 'Bitch, Imma kill you.'
Imagine living in these for 16 years.

More HIV/AIDS posters than Ive ever seen in NYC. (This was not at the War Remnants Museum)

Dirty Americans out now!
The quote is something like 'Them Vietnamese better surrender or we'll bomb them to hell.' Team American...=/
Boy like tanks.
I like planes.
February 2nd, New Years Eve. Crazy crowds everywhere!
Me and the German.
Crowds ready for the fireworks! The German was almost robbed as a woman put her hand into the pocket which contained his wallet. He caught her though. Nuts!
Fireworks! They were mighty impressive and the Vietnamese were awesome to watch them with,
as they would 'oo' and 'aa' with every explosion!
And then we attempted to cross the same street it took us one minute to cross the night before. It took us about 30 minutes, stepping over motorbikes, switching places with the locals who were going in the other direction, laughing.
Happy New Year from Vietnam! (Two New Years celebrations in a month's time!)
And then the shops closed and Vietnamese families gathered and gambled, ate, and hung together. (5 days later it is still this way.)
Gambling.
Oh yeah, if the Vietnamese aren't squatting everywhere instead of sitting, they sit on really low stools...some are even lower than these.
Rolls of some sort.
Pepsi wins over Coca Cola here. Cambodia was Coca Cola over Pepsi.
Last photo of Minnie before I stabbed here and inhaled her. And my new hoodie.
Tet festivities continue. Everyday for days.
